Appointments usually last 20–30 minutes including consultation, mapping, trimming, waxing, and soothing aftercare. Timing depends on hair density and any additional shaping requests. If booking with other services allow extra time; your technician will communicate expected duration during scheduling.

Most clients feel brief stinging during waxing, but pain is minimal and short-lived. Your technician uses gentle wax and calming techniques; arriving sober, avoiding caffeine, and taking a mild pain reliever beforehand can reduce sensitivity. Post-care helps soothe skin quickly.

Ideally hair should be about 1/8–1/4 inch (3–6 mm) so the wax can grip hairs effectively. If hairs are too short, waxing may be ineffective; if too long, trimming will be necessary. Your technician can advise based on growth patterns.

Yes—our technicians assess skin and may perform a patch test for sensitivity. We use gentle wax and calming lotions to reduce irritation. If you have active skin conditions or are using retinoids, inform us—waxing may be postponed until skin is healthy.

Avoid heat, heavy sweating, exfoliation, and sun exposure for 24–48 hours. Use the soothing lotion provided, keep the area clean, and skip makeup directly on the brow area for a day. If redness persists beyond 48 hours, contact us for guidance.

Most clients return every 3–6 weeks depending on hair growth and desired upkeep. Thinner or faster-growing brows may need more frequent visits; sparser brows sometimes benefit from longer intervals. Your technician will recommend a schedule tailored to your growth pattern and styling goals.
